ult. & 2nd & 9th inst. were read & confirmed.
Finance The following gate receipts were reported.
Sept. 4 v Oldham Res. £88.4.0 gross Tax £22.1.2.

Cheques were signed for the following :-

T. H. McIntosh wages &c. £350. 0.0.
Trainer's Report Trainer Elliott reported all players fit
except Downs, Fazackerley, Reid & Caddick but
that the latter three had commenced training.
Secy. reported that Downs' ankle had been
X-rayed, and there was no broken bone & that
his Doctor had recommended light training
& massage for the next 3 or 4 weeks.
Reports re Players Messrs J. Sharp, W. J. Sawyer & Makepeace reported
Mee (Blackpool) that in their opinion this player was not of
the required standard for us.
Burnley v Rangers Messrs Fare & Makepeace reported very
favorably on the play of Henderson (C. F.)
& Laird (I. R.) of Rangers in this match.
Bury v Barnsley The Secy. & Mr. Kirkwood reported that the
only players to show any decent form in this
