283 Medical Officer Secy. reported on the result of his enquiries as to salary paid to various club doctors, and it was thereupon decided to offer the appointment to Dr. Cecil Baxter at a Salary of Fifty guineas his duties to be to attend ground every Tuesday & report on players ill attend them at their homes when not able to leave same & attend all matches at Goodison Park.
