Picnic			The Chairman reported on his arrangements
		through Thos. Cook & Son for trip to Windermere
		on Sat. next and same were approved.

Outfits			Estimates were presented for outfits
		required & orders were given as under
		Mr. Bell. 2 doz. prs. Stockings @ 48/- & 1 doz. at 51/-
		J. Sugg Ld. 2 doz. Jerseys at 15/6 ea
		Jack sharp 1 Set Goal mits at 104/-.

Stansfield		Letter was read from this ex-player re
		Compensation. Decided to reply that we could
		not admit liability and the operation was performed
		at our expense as a matter of grace & without prejudice.

Transfer of Shares	The following transfer of shares were
		approved.
		Geo Carruthers to Robert Nelson 1 Share No. 1616.
		Exors. of J. McCarthy to Chas. Hy McCarthy. 3 Shares No. 878, 879 & 2347.

			The question of Shares in names of Violet
		Burns & R. Atherton were left over finding
		receipt of Letters of administration as also was
		the case of proposed transfer of 3 Shares from
		J. G. Taggart to J. A. Taggart pending further enquiry.

Airdrieonians		An application for permission for Hart
F. C.		& Macdonald to take part in benefit match
		for G. Carrol (Trainer) was not entertained.

Complementary		This list was gone through & it was
Season Tickets	decided to send to same people as last
		Season with exception of Police M. O.

Ground Expenses		It was decided to order from Porter Bros
		1 new Blue Pennant at 30/- & 1 Union Jacket at 27/- 
		and Messrs J. B. Johnson & Co. estimate for making
		& fixing Letter E. on Goodison Rd. at £4 was
		accepted.
