Practice Matches	The dates of practice matches were fixed
		for Monday 14th & Saturday 19th August.

Players Picnic		The Deputation to Farndon gone particulars
		of the proposed itinerary for the picnic, but
		the Chairman suggested he might be able to
		fix up for a trip to Windermere, and it was
		left in his hands to make the necessary arrangements.
		Messrs H. Banks & W. C. Gibbins Were deputed to proceed
		there on the 19th July.

Training		It was decided that all players must
		reported for training not later than 11 O'clock
		on 2nd Augt. & that no extension of leave be granted.

			It was also decided that no other players
		except our own be granted permission to train
		on the ground.

Outfits a/c		The question of the purchase of jerseys.
		Stockings & goal nets was left in the hands
		of the Stores Committee, the Secy. in the meantime
		to obtain quotations.

Players on Transfer	Several names of players on transfer was
		brought forward but no action taken.

P. Simpson's Benefit	It was decided we could not see our
		way to send a team to play in this Benefit
		match at Aberdeen.

Donations		Applications for donations from Serena F. C.
		& National Cyclist Union Halesowen F. C. were not entertained.

Transfer of Shares	The transfer of the following shares was
		approved.

		T. E. Bushell to J. Woods 3 shares no. 1068 to 1070

			The question of shares in the names of
		Violet Burns, J. G. Taggart & R. Atherton were left
		over for further particulars.

J. Macdonald		Letter was read from this player stating
		that his ankle was not yet quite right. It
