S. Chedgzoy A letter was read from M/c City asking if
we were prepared to part with this player. It was
decided that the deputation to London have powers
to trial with any club who were prepared to
pay £5000.
St. Simon's v St Jude's An application from this Club for a
F. C. donation towards their funds was not entertained.
Wages A letter was read from the Players
Union asking if the club would urge the League
to return to the old scale of wages, but it
was decided to support the recommendations
of the Management Committee as passed at the
last Extra ordinary Genl Meeting of the League.
Bovril Ld. This firm were granted the sole right
to sell sweetmeats on the ground during the
Season 1922-3 at a rental of £16.
L'pool County F. A. Messrs E. Green & W. C. Gibbins were deputed
Meeting to attend this meeting at Bickerstaffe on
the 27th inst.
3rd League It was decided to vote for the two
retiring clubs in Northern Section of 3rd League.
