at M/C on Wed. next & it was decided that
Messrs Banks, Wade & Secy. accompany them.
Ground for A Team The Ground Committee reported on their
visit to the N. L'pool ground & stated that the
owner was prepared to grant us a 2 years
lease at £100 a year & rates or would sell
a portion of it at 5/- per yd. It was decided
to leave the matter over until the next
meeting.
Reports re Players The Secy. reported that in the opinion
Jameson (Broxburn) of the Deputation who watched this player
that he was not good enough for us at
present.
Flood (Hull City) Messrs Dickinson & Sawyer reported that
this player was not good enough for us.
Ireland v Scotland Mr. H. Makepeace reported that none of
Juniors the players in this match showed any outstanding
form.
