Russell Secy. reported that he had seen this
player re accepting a fixed sum to cancel
his agreement, but that he could not see his
way to do so at present but would think matter over.
Use of Ground Mr. W. C. Gibbins gave Notice of motion that
he would bring forward at next meeting a
proposition that the use of the ground be
not granted for any matches in May.
Income Tax Secy. reported result of an interview
he had had with Inspector of Taxes re
the Income Tax Assessment.
Spencer Mr. J. Chapman of M/c United F.C. attended
the meeting and asked of what sum we
required for this players transfer. After
discussion it was decided to ask £1500 &
it was left in Chairman's hands to deal
in the matter as near that figure as possible.
