(B'gham F. C.) were not prepared to consider the transfer
of this player.
P. Purcell ) It was reported that Port Vale were
(Port Vale) ) prepared to transfer P. Purcell at a fee of
Wood ) £3000 v that Huddersfield Town were asking
(Huddersfield ) £4000 for Wood. No action taken.
Andrews Letter read from Nelson Club that this
(Nelson) player would be playing on Sat. first at
Nelson. No action taken.
Cresswell ) Letter read that there was a possibility

that Messrs C. E. Dickinson & H. Makepeace watch

Unemployed It was reported that a telephone
message had been received from Mr. Braddock
joint Secy. of the unemployed that they
contemplated a demonstration at the ground
on Sat. on account of the proposed donation
of £250 not yet having been received by
them. Decided that the Police be acquainted
with the facts.
