Minutes The Minutes of Directors meeting held on
the 25th & 28th ult. & Finance Committee meeting on
25th ult. were read & confirmed.
Finance The Gate receipts v Oldham Ath. Res. on
29th ult. were reported to be £66.11.2 Gross. Tax £16.12.4.
The Secy. reported the refund of Tax
on Practice match receipts of £199.13.3.
Bank Balance £10475.10.4 Dr.
Trainer's Report Trainer Elliott reported all player fit
except Reid.
Reports of matches Reports were received of the matches v
Oldham Ath. 0-0 & Oldham Ath Res. 3-3.
Reports re Players The Chairman reported that Bradford
Wilkinson (B. C.) City were asking £3000 for their goalkeeper
Wilkinson, & that their representative was proposed
to pay £1500 for Leddy if satisfactory.
Pratt (Celtic) Messrs Cuff, Green & Secy. reported favorably
on this player & Secy. was instructed to proceed
to Glasgow to endeavour to arrange for his
transfer up to £750.
Mackie (Forth River) Mr. J. Fare reported unfavorably re this player.
Osborne (same) Mr. H. Makepeace reported favorably again
on this player & also reported an interview he
had had with him.
Staniforth Mr. H. Makepeace reported favorably
(Mansfield Town) on this player & recommended he be seen
again.
