Cock (Fulham)		Secy. was instructed to make enquiries
		as to whether the Fulham F. C. were prepared to
		part with this player.

Transfer of Shares	The following transfer of shares were
		approved.
		Angus Holden to Ethel D Mathias  1 share  no. 1516
		     do	     to W. Oswald Mathias   do    no. 1514
		     do      to Frederic H Mathias  do    no. 1515

Cardiff City	}	The Secy. produced the undertaking
re Clennell	} regarding payment of the transfer fee, but
		it was decided that we ask for bills, one
		for £500 payable in Jany next & one for £1000
		payable in early part of season 1922-3 & it
		was left to Mr. Cuff & Secy. to draft the letter.

A. E. Smith		The Secy. stated that Dr. McMurray
		had examined this player & had reported
		that he was not fit & play football again.
		It was agreed that Secy. interview the player
		as to his taking a sum to cancel his agreement
		& also enquire what the Insce. Federation would do.

Thornburrow		It was decided to release this
		amateur player.

Niblock			Secy. reported that the insurance
		Co. had settled this mans claim for £4.

Chesterfield F. C.	Letter read from this club that
		they could not entertain Weller & Moffat at
		the price of £1500.

Hightown School		It was agreed to admit 30 boys
		from this School to our match on 26th prox.

Geo. Mahon Cup		The Secy's. action in arranging 2nd Rd.
		of the Cup with Wigan Boro. on their ground
		on Wed. 2nd prox. was confirmed.

Unemployed		The Chairman reported an interview
		he had with an official of the L'pool Club.
