were read & confirmed.
Finance The Secy. reported the following gate
receipts.
Oct. 5 v Llandudno Corinthians gross £44.8.6. Tax
£11.2.0 amt. to L'dudno £14.3.0. Oct. 8th v Blackburn
Rovers gross £1849.2.6 Tax £385.18.2. 20% £213.8.2.
The 20% received from Arsenal F. C. £209.3.4.
The Bank Balance was £9704.2.1 Dr.
Reports of Matches Reports were received of the matches
v Blackburn Rovers 2-1, Rovers Res. 1-1 & Sutton Coml. 3-3.
Reports re Players Messrs Green & Secy. reported on their
Curran (Glenavon) interview with the Chairman & Secy. of the
Glenavon F. C. who asked £3000 for this
player. Decided to allow same to lie on table.
Dalrymple They also reported that in their
(Distillery) opinion neither of these Centre forwards
Davey were good enough for us, but that Crooks
(Glentoran) (I. R) of Glentoran had played very well.
Thornburrow Mr. W. C. Gibbins reported very favorably
(Vickerstown) on this player and it was decided to try
& get him to play a trial on Sat. next
subject to his Clubs consent being obtained.
Brown Messrs Sawyer & Fare reported that this
(Sheldon) player had played full back but was
not a success, but had asked if he could
be seen play centre forward.
