As Mr. A. R. Wade was prepared to offer him £3
per share without any privilege. Secy. was
instructed to inform him of this, at same
time the Board considered they had power
to alter any byelaw &c. under the
Articles of Association.
Comrades of An application from this Body to
the Great War make a collection on their Flag Day 17th inst.
on the ground was agreed to.
Connah's Quay F. C. An application from this Club with
regard to lending them playing assistance
was not agreed to.
Hindley Parish This Club having applied for a
Church F. C. donation, it was decided not to grant
one.
Trainers It was decided that the Trainers
be in attendance at weekly Directors meetings
in future.
Old Footballs &c. The question of the disposal of the
old footballs &c. was left in hands of the
Stores Committee.
Electric Bells The question of provision of bells
& Fan on Goodison Rd. Stand & an electric fan in
dressing was left in hands of ground Committee.
Rylands Workmen An application having been received
Recreation Club from this Club for us to send a team to
play them at Warrington was agreed to.
