The Minutes of the proceedings at a meeting
held on the 8th instant were read & confirmed.
Reports Reports were given of last Saturdays games.
The results being v West Bromwich Albion 4-3, & v
Port Vale 3-1, both adverse scores.-
Finance The Gross Gate on Saturday was reported to
be £29.19.0.
Cheque for £150 on a/c of Geo. Beare's
transfer, was stated to have been received from
Cardiff City F.C. & the balance £150 would be
remitted later.
It was also reported that the Gross Gate
at Chelsea on the 6th instant was £2780.6.7
Expenses for Entertainment Tax &c. 735.1.3
leaving the net Gate £2045.5.4
20% of which, this Club's proportion, is £409.1.1,
Cheque for which had been duly received.
The Bank Balance was declared to be
