Shareholders Ordered that the shareholders' Stand
Stand be portioned off, one part to be for the public at
3/6, & the remaining portion for season ticket holders.
3rd party A letter was read from the Ocean Accident
Insurance Insurance Co. offering special terms for Third Party
Risks, & this Co. being recommended by the Football
Association.
Ordered that the consideration of this
Insurance be postponed in order that the Chairman
may consult the other Clubs as to their practice
when he attends the League Meeting on Thursday.
W. E. Gault The Football League having signified their
consent to the payment to W. E. Gault of a payment
on a/c of Summer Wages.
Resolved that he be paid two weeks'
money to enable him to go away for recuperation of
his health.
J. Peacock Doctor Baxter having recommended John
Peacock to rest his ankle for a fortnight.
Resolved that the suggestion be adopted.
J. Maconnachie It was reported that J. S. Maconnachie
had now re-signed for £9 per week, & the amount
of players wages now committed to was £6,698.5.0.
J. Donnachie The Glasgow Rangers F.C. intimating that
they had an enquiry for J. Donnachie, & asking for
final offer from this Club.
Resolved that they be informed that we
are still prepared to pay £300 for his transfer.
Bovril Ltd. Resolved that the Tender of Messrs Bovril
Ltd. for the privilege of selling chocolate &c. on the
Ground next season at the same acknowledgment
as last year, viz.:- £8, be accepted.
