Fixtures The completion of fixtures of the League for
Season 1919-20 was reported, & that it had
been arranged to pool gates with Preston North End
their home match having to be played on the 26th
April 1920, which is a week night.
Boiler Ordered that the Grounds Committee meet
at Goodison Park & consider the Heating problem
reporting thereon at a subsequent meeting of the
Board.
Retiring It was reported that the Directors retiring
Directors at the Annual Meeting are Mess. J. C. Baxter,
R. T. Francis & E. Green, & they being eligible for
re-election, they be declared re-elected at
that meeting, there being no opposition.
Donnachie The Glasgow Rangers Club having asked
for £500 for J. Donnachie.
Ordered that no advance be made in this
Club's offer of £300.
D. Allen & Sons Messrs Allen & Sons Bill Posting Ltd. owing
two years rent for Bill posting Station, & having
asked for substantial rebate on the amount now
due.
Resolved that this request be not acceded
to, they having already received a reduction of 50%
for the duration of the War, & that arrangement is
now cancelled.
