held at the Bradford Hotel
Liverpool on the 13th May 1919.]

The minutes of the proceedings at a meeting held
on the 5th instant were read & confirmed.
Reports Mr. Coffey reported re the match at Nottingham
when a goalless draw resulted.
The Secretary reported the net result of the
International Match was £2435.10.11, Cheque for which
had been forwarded to the F. A. in London. In the State-
ment of a/c's he had included £7/10/0 for Clerk's services &
Mr. Wall had that day wired for a refundment of the
said amount.- He was instructed to reply to the
effect that the Directors considered the change a
reasonable one in view of the fact that in the previous
International Match the F. A. paid £47 for Commission
on the sale of tickets.
The Bank Balance was declared to be
£1737.8.9 Dr.
Cheque was ordered to be signed for £70
wages & other expenses.
Team Resolved that the Team to meet Notts
selected Forest on Saturday be selected as follows:-
Mitchell
Smith Robinson
Fleetwood Wareing Grenyer
Miller Jefferis Gault Clennell Harrison or
Donnachie
Reserves:- Fern, Page, Peacock, Rigsby & Evans.
Harrison to be wired to see if he can play & failing
