The minutes of proceedings at meetings of the
Directors held on the 15th & 23rd April 1919 were read
& confirmed.
Reports Mr. Banks & the Chairman reported re the match
at Glasgow, the result being a loss of 4-0.
Mr. J. G. Davies reported re the games at Prescot
& Dingle, the scores being 1-1 & 0-1 respectively.
Report read from Mr. H. Cooke regarding the
match at Blackpool, the score being 7-1 for the Reserves.
Finance The gross gate on Easter Monday was reported
to be £958.16.1, the Expenses £253.16.3, & after
payment to the L'pool County F. A. of £100 as agreed, the
balance for equal Division between L'pool F. C. & this Club
was £604.19.10.
The Gross gate on the 23rd ultimo in the Cup
Tie with Southport Vulcan was stated to be £240.4.3,
the Expenses (including League % 5/7/2 & 29/11/1) £121.19.10
& the net Gate £118.4.5.
