24th inst. were reported to be £54.7.2. Entert.

Reports Reports were received of the matches v
of Sunderland 2-0. Tranmere Rovers 0-0 &
Matches West Kirby 1-3.
Sheffield United A deputation from Sheffield United F. C.
attended the Meeting & asked the Directors to
transfer George W. Jones to them.
Resolved that if they were prepared to
pay £4000 for his transfer, they could have
permission to see the Player.
South L'pool. F. C. Mr. Wicks (Chairman of the South L'pool. F. C.
interviewed the Board in respect to
a grant or Loan of money, to assist
that Club in carrying out its fixtures.
Decided the matter be left over till
next week. Mr. Coffey to speak to Mr. Williams
of the Liverpool F. C. upon the matter &
report.
