The Minutes of the proceedings at a Meeting
held on the 18th instant were read & confirmed.
The Minutes of a Meeting of the Finance Committee
held on the 25th Ultimo, read, approved & confirmed.
Reports It was reported that the result of the Home
Match on the 22nd instant was 3-1 for this Club.
Mr A. Coffey reported re the Reserve Game at
Prescot the result being a loss of 1-0.
Finance It was reported that the Gross Gate at Preston
on the 15th inst. was £462.15.1, Expenses £137.5.5, net
Gate £325.9.8, 20% of which was £65.1.11. Cheque for
same having been received & paid to Bank.
The Gross Gate on Saturday last was
stated to be £855.18.0, Expenses £247.19.2, Net Gate
£607.18.10.
Ordered that Cheques be signed as follows:-

Bank Balance was declared to be

Chelsea F. C. It was reported that the Chelsea F. C. had
forwarded Cheque £74.2.5 being Compensation
due for postponed Match in April 1915.
