The Chairman reported that the Directors Everton F. C. & Secy. had been served with writs regarding an action for an injunction restraining the holding of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting on the 11th inst. He stated he had instructed Messrs Weightman Pedder & Co. to appear on behalf of the club and his action in this was confirmed.
