17 St. Dunstan's Ordered that the St. Dunstan's Day Day Comee.} Committee be informed that the Directors cannot see their way to contribute 2% of this Club's Gate money to their fund, as they already subscribe fully to their Fund & will continue to do so from time to time. Clock Face Resolved that the Clock Face Recreation Club Colliery be informed that this Club cannot play them a Match, as Saturday dates are all filled up & they would have great difficulty in getting a team for an evening game. Northwich Victoria Resolved that the request of the Northwich F. C. Victoria Club for a night match with our League team be not entertained. Police Charges The Chairman reported that the Head Constable had declined to alter the New Charges for Police services. Transfer of Ordered that the transfer of 1 Ordinary Share Shares No. 2194 fully paid, & one partly paid numbered 335, from Arthur R. Hall to Walter Gray, be & is hereby approved.
