Players Benefits It was decided that a presentation of
the amounts of benefits granted to players, be
made at the next Meeting.
Football League) It was agreed that the Chairman
Annual Meeting ) & Secy. attend this meeting to be held in London
on 31st inst.
Natl. Institute It was decided that we could not agree
for Blind to an application from this Institution to play
a match for the benefit of their funds.
Everton Shield The Secy. was instructed to look up the
a/cs & see if we had previously paid for a
plate denoting winners, being placed on the
Shield, & if so, to pay present a/c of £4, but
to point out to the Schools that this could
not be continued.
Jones A letter was read from the Burnley
(Burnley) F.C. stating that they were prepared to part
with this player. It was decided to ask
what transfer fee would be required.
Repairs Mr. Banks on behalf of the ground
Committee, presented a list of repairs and
improvements required, and it was decided to
leave the matter of getting minor items done
& estimates for larger ones in his hands.
Assistant ) It was agreed to engage Edwin
Groundsman ) Storey as an Assistant Groundsman at a
wage of £3.10.0 per week.
Team v Prescot Same as tonight.
W. Wilton The Secy. was instructed to forward a
letter of condolence to the Rangers F.C. on the
unfortunate death of their Secy.
Next Meeting Ordered that next meeting be held
at the Bradford Hotel on Monday 10th inst at 6:30 p.m.
