The Minutes of the proceedings at a Meeting
held on the 18th instant were read & confirmed.
The Minutes of the Finance Committee at a
Meeting held on the 18th instant were also read, approved
& confirmed.
Reports The result of the Home Match on the 22nd inst.
was reported to be 4-1 for this Club.
Mr. T. Fern & report on the Reserve team game
at New Brighton was read, the results being 4-3 for
the Reserves.
Mr. A. Coffey reported on the Inter League
match at Birmingham, when this Clubs' 3 players
acquitted themselves well.
Finance The Gross Gate on Saturday last was stated
to be £924.6.8, Expenses £234.14.8, & after
providing for the League & Bolton Wanderers F.C. percentages
the Net Gate was £532.7.5.
Ordered that Cheques be signed as follows:-
