		desired to secure Miller, & asked the Board to
		receive their representative. After discussion it was
		decided to interview the latter Club's representative
		& if he was prepared to pay £1500 transfer fee
		Coventry City be allowed to have the player.

			Mr. H. Pollitt, the Secretary of the Coventry
		Club then interviewed the Board, & agreed to give
		£1500 for the player, provided he consented to sign
		for them, but asked the Directors to accept a three
		month's Bill for amount.

			Resolved that J. Miller be transferred to
		Coventry City F.C. for £1500 & that a three month's
		Bill be accepted, provided that it is endorsed
		by their Chairman, Mr. D. Cooke.

Reports			Reports were given of the matches versus
		Wrexham (1-1), Notts County (1-2), Stockport County
		(2-4) & Port Sunlight (4-2).

D. Cameron		Dr. Baxter having examined D. Cameron's knee
		& stated that the injury was not very severe, but would
		decided to terminated his temporary agreement &
		send him home.

Liverpool Cup		The Draw for the Liverpool County F.A.
		Challenger Cup was reported to be:-
			Everton Reserve v Liverpool Reserve
			Tranmere Rovers v South Liverpool.

T. Mayson &		South Shields & Brighton & Hove having wade
H. Rigsby	enquiry re Mayson, & the latter Club re H. Rigsby
		also.

			Resolved that we ask £500 for Mayson
		& with regard to Rigsby inform the Club he is not an offer.

Liverpool		It was agreed to engage the Liverpool Indust-
Match		-rial School Band to play at the Match with
		Liverpool on the 20th instant.
