				at the Bradford Hotel, Liverpool
				on the 18th November 1919]

			Present:-

			The Minutes of the proceedings at a Meeting held
		on the 11th instant were read & confirmed.

Reports			Reports were given of matches played last
		Saturday viz.:- Bradford City (3-3), Bradford City Res. (1-1) & Marine (5-0).

Players			Resolved
			That Tea be provided for Reserve teams when
		playing away.

			That permission be given to J. Clennell to purchase
		the business in Barlow Lane, but that he only be allowed
		to have it so long as it retains its off license only.

			That Robt. Parker be allowed his return
		railway fare from Glasgow to Liverpool for the one
		journey.

			That the Directors cannot agree to pay Jas.
		Miller's travelling Expenses from Percy Main's, he staying
		there temporarily to suit his own convenience.

			That G. W. Jones's remuneration be increased to
		£6 per week for the remainder of the Season conditional
		on his living in this District this agreement be endorsed
		accordingly.

			That H. Rigsby's application for the maximum wage
		be declined, & Mr. J. G. Davies see him in regard thereto.

			That W. Leivesely be paid an additional 10/-
		per week, his present agreement to stand.

			That the Secretary be authorized to place J.
		Miller, T. Mayson & J. McQuarrie on the Transfer list.
