			The Minutes of the proceedings at a Meeting held
		on the 21st instant were read & confirmed.

Goodison		The question of the proposed purchase of the
Park & Avenue	Property in Goodison Avenue & Goodison Road was
Property	considered, & Dr. Molyneux of Southport, the Owner
		of the Property attended the Meeting to confer with the
		Directors. The Vendor offered the Houses, which
		are freehold, with no restrictions at £11,850 &
		after considerable discussion, eventually agreed
		to accept £11,000 and it was
			Resolved to close with this offer, &
		have the transaction completed as early as
		possible.

Reports			Reports were given of the home match (3-0) &
		Blackburn Rovers Reserve, away (3-2).

			Messrs Coffey & Green reported their visit to
		Shirebrook re England, fullback & stated the
		player was not suitable for this Club.

			It was reported that the Gross Gate at
		Highbury on the 18th instant was £1,921.14.8,
		the Expenses £475.11.7, Net Gate £1,446.3.1,
		this Club's 20% proportion being £289.4.7, Cheque
		for which had been received & paid to Bank.
			The Arsenal Club had also remitted £450
		being amount of outstanding Transfer fee due
		in regard to Frank Bradshaw.
