Goodison The Chairman having submitted the
Avenue valuation of Messrs Patterson & Thomas re the
Property Property for sale in Goodison Avenue which
was £7,500 or £9000 when restrictions &c. rent are withdrawn & the same be considered low.
Resolved that he have further valuation
made, & in the interim the Secretary write to Dr.
Molyneux, asking him to receive a Deputation
in connection with the proposed purchase, either
