The Secretary was instructed to reply to Blackpool's letter to the effect that one of their players resident in L'pool District was seen in Blackpool on Sunday morning & that he returned to L'pool on the evening of the same Sunday Jany. 20, & that the said player had informed some of our players that he had permission to stay over in Blackpool wherever his team was at home & that he had in fact lodged at the Imperial Hotel.
