[Meeting of Directors held at Bradford Hotel

Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed.
Lloyd The Secretary having reported that Lloyd had
with consent played for Warrington F.C. on
Saturday last read an application from
him for permission to assist Manchester
City. He was instructed to discuss the
matter with Lloyd on the first opportunity.
That with Southport Central's permission
Merritt had assisted us last Saturday &
was willing to do so in future.
That Cooper owing to military duties could not
play but that with the consent of Boothroyds
F.C. Lovelady had done so.
That the gross receipts of our Saturday's game
were £248.4.7.
The payments as follows were passed.
League Contribution 6% £11.13.9
Entertainments Duty 36.16.0
on Season Tickets 4d
on match receipts including £1.7.4 duty in
