[Emergency Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park, August 28th 1916]

There not being a quorum the Directors present
resolved themselves into an Emergency meeting.
Minutes The minutes of last Meeting were read and confirmed.
Young The Secretary submitted text of his further reply to
Young's Solicitors of the 24th inst.
Insurance It was resolved that we continue our membership with
Federation the Insurance Federation and the Secretary was
instructed to send £10 the first call.
Allocation of The Secretary reported that the gross receipts of the two
Practice games practice games were as follows:-
receipt August 19th £67. 2. 8
" 28th 15. 8. 4

It was resolved that £12.10.0 be sent to the Treasurer
of the Bootle Borough Hospital and the balance £70.1.0
divided equally between the Hospital Saturday Fund
and the Stanley Hospital.
Complimentary The Secretary was instructed to issue complimentary
Tickets tickets on the lines of last season.
