Notice to Midland & Lancashire Sections.
Owing to the increased cost of meals at Hotels, and
Restaurants, the Management Committee consider that 2/6, may not in
all cases cover the provision of food, and they have therefore decided
that clubs may pay players a maximum of 3/6, on match days only, but
it should be understood that it is not obligatory upon them to pay
the full amount.
