The action of the Secretary in issuing Season
Complimentary tickets to Players, staff, players
foreman, theatre & entertainment representatives
Liverpool F.C. directors & players was
confirmed.
Groundsman The Secretary reported that the Civil Liabilities
Smith Committee had allotted the sum of 7/6
per week and that Smith would not
benefit by any grant from the club the
Secretary was instructed to write him
accordingly.
Crossan The Secretary reported the visit today of D.
Crossan & he was instructed to defray
his expenses.
The Secretary was instructed to reply to the
letter (annexed) from the Baseball Assocn.
that under existing circumstances we
could not at present decide the question.
An application by the Walton Junior Technical
School for the use of our ground on Tuesday
was declined.
It was resolved to grant the use of our
ground for games in the L'pool Hospital
Cup Competition on condition that our
instructions be complied with.
Letter of thanks in receipt of our help in
the Football National War Fund & to the
funds of the local County F.A. were read
