It was reported that the Liverpool Club had promised
medals and the President of the Lancashire Combination
one of their Cups for the winners.
The Secretary was instructed to write letters to those selected
to represent the Club in the first of such matches urging
them to get themselves into the best possible condition so
that a successful commencement might be made in a
strong endeavour to secure the medals and Cup.
The Secretary read letters of thanks from the St. Dunstan's
Hostel, The British Red Cross Society and The Union of Boys'
Clubs respectively for the donations recently sent to them.
