Kelly Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Gwladys The Secretary reported that notices of our intention to Street increase the rent by 8d per week in respect of Nos. 2 to 12 and 7d. per week in respect of Nos. 14 to 48 Gwladys Street to cover the increased rates up to March 31st 1919, had been today served on the tenants, the increased payments to commence as from September 30th. Second Mr. J. G. Davies and the Secretary reported the meeting held Team at the Bee Hotel on the 22nd inst. at which it was decided that the following 11 Clubs form a competition:- Everton, Liverpool, Horwich, South Liverpool, Tranmere Rovers, Brynn, Ashton Military Hospital, Garswood Hall Colliery, Prescot, Runcorn Highfield, St. Helens Alexandra. Blackpool R.A.M.C. and Barrow were refused admission on account of the distance involved in travelling thereto but they had it appeared succeeded in arranging fixtures with most of the Clubs present. Leigh subsequently applied for admission. It was resolved that fixtures be not arranged with any of the 3 Clubs mentioned, but that the engagements made
