[Meeting of Directors held at Exchange Hotel July
1st 1918]

Minutes The Minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
The Secretary reported:-
The receipt of £30.19.10 from E. A. Morton
£31. 1.10 from City Caterers.
That F. Mitchell's offer to repay the loan
by weekly instalments of 7/- had been
accepted by him & that two instalments
had been so paid - Confirmed.
That on closing the Prisoners of War Fund
a/c a balance of £4.18.0 was due to the
fund. The payment thereof to the Treasurer
Mr. Clayton was passed.
A Donation of £10 to the Kirkdale F.C.
for services rendered was passed.
The consideration of an application
by the L'pool Union of Boys Clubs for a
donation was deferred.
The Chairman & Secretary were deputed to
represent the Club at the Annual Meeting
