Resolved that donations of Five guineas
be given to the St. Helens & District League
and to clock Face F. C. the same to be
debited to match expenses as was the sum
of Three guineas to Mr. Phillips.
The use of the ground was granted to the
L'pool Schools F. A. on May 12th.
A donation of the One guinea was granted to
the John Somerville Memorial Fund.
