Athletes The Secretary reported that a meeting to consider this
Volunteer Force scheme was called for Thursday next at 8:30 p.m.
at the Stadium and it was resolved that as many
Directors as possible attend such meeting to give the
proposed scheme their support.
The League matches at Tottenham, Newcastle and
Burnley and the Central League matches at Stanley
and Goodison Park and the third team fixture at
Earlestown were reported.
The Secretary was instructed to endeavour to sign
as many of the third team players on L forms
as possible.
