Minutes		The Minutes of the last Meeting and of the Finance
		Meeting were read and confirmed.

Oldham		The Secretary reported an inquiry from the League as to
Athletic	whether we had fixed a date for this abandoned match
abandoned	and he was instructed to discuss the matter with the
match		Oldham Officials on Saturday.		terms as League

Liverpool	The Secretary reported that he had not yet replied to
Schools F. A.	Mr. Waddington's application for the use of our ground.
		That he had spoken to Mr. McKenna thereon who had
		promised to bring it before his Directors at their next
		meeting (yesterday).
		That it appears that Mr. McKenna was not present at
		his Directors meeting and that the matter had consequently
		not been brought before them.
		That he the Secretary had repeated his offer to grant
		the use of Goodison Park to the Liverpool Schools F. A. on
		Good Friday afternoon and Mr. McKenna promised to
		consult his Chairman. Shortly afterwards Mr. McKenna
		rang up stating that his Chairman was out of town and
		suggested that the Liverpool Schools F. A. be offered the
		use of our ground for Easter Monday morning. At the same
		time Mr. McKenna reported that his club had offered
		Councillor Walker the use of the Liverpool ground on
