The Chairman reported his attendance at the meeting of the Roll of Honour Week at the Town Hall on Friday. The Secretary was instructed to insure the Gwladys Street property against hostile Aircraft in the sum of £5000. The Secretary reported that he had received from the Royal Insurance Co. the sum of £8 in respect of Weston's injury. That the gross receipts on Saturday last were £322.17.6 and the payment of £30.18.9 to the League in respect of percentage was confirmed. Team v That Maconnachie was suffering from a bad cold, Stockport County Thompson's return from Newcastle in time for the match was doubtful and that it was improbable that Parker would be available.
