Abandoned	The Secretary reported a conversation he had had with
match at	Oldham Athletic F. C., and that his suggestion that the
Oldham		consideration of this matter be deferred for the present in
		view of the possibility of the game being replayed at
		Goodison Park on Easter Monday, should the result thereof
		have no material bearing on the question of leadership,
		was agreed to by them.

Asphalting at	The Secretary submitted a tender from Messrs J. & J. Gilbertson
Goodison Park	of Great Crosby for asphalting 580 superficial yards at
		Goodison Park for the sum of £53 and Mr. Kelly's
		recommendation that same be accepted was adopted.

		Tenders having been received for the supply of drain
		pipes &c, that of Messrs Lee & Turner for £8:15:10 was
		accepted on the recommendation of Mr. Kelly.

Use of ground	The use of our ground for a Battalion match in aid
		of the Red Cross Fund was granted for February 2nd.

Rigsby, Baines	It was resolved that these players be given a trial in
and Snape	the forthcoming Supplementary Competition.

		The match v Manchester City was reported.

		The Secretary reported that Maconnachie, Smith and
		Grenyer would not be available for next Saturday, but
		that Wright would be home and able to play if selected.
