[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park,
October 26th 1915]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter, Green
and Wright.
Minutes The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and
confirmed.
Clennell The Secretary's action in paying Clennell £2:2:9
in respect of wages up to and including October 23rd
was confirmed.
The Secretary reported that Clennell was now fit for
work but that on attending at his place of employ-
ment yesterday his services were not required, that
he was in Liverpool today seeking work which
would in all probability be found for him.
Parker & The Secretary submitted details of Parker's expenses
Mitchell (£2:11:10) in connection with his visit to Liverpool
on Saturday last as well as those of Mr. Robert Mitchell
(£2:5:6) and his action in paying these expenses
was confirmed.
Maconnachie It being reported that these players were doubtful for
Thompson & next Saturday, the Secretary was sent down to the
Fern dressing rooms to see them. On his return he
reported that Fern was available, Maconnachie
probable and that Thompson had left the building.
He was instructed to see Thompson on Thursday.
Tom Page The Secretary read a letter from St. Mirren F.C. stating
that Tom Page had requested their permission to play
for Rochdale.
