[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park,
September 28th 1915.]
Present All the Directors except Mr. Green.
Minutes The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and confirmed.
Parker The Secretary was instructed to go to Scotland and
endeavour to induce Parker to come to Liverpool.
Clennell Clennell's visit to Dr. Baxter was reported and that
his injured finger was progressing but slowly and
that he was not yet ready to resume work.
Expenses amounting to £3:4:6 were submitted
and approved and ordered to be paid.
The purchase of Footballs and Football Outfits for Troops
at the front and in England from Jack Sharp
amounting to £23:8:6 were confirmed.
The Secretary reported that the League Management
Committee had framed regulations for the payment
of players expenses and he was instructed to pay to
the players 2/6 and Bus fares for each of their
attendances for training at the ground, such
attendances hereafter not to exceed two per week
and in respect of match expenses Lunch and Tea
at 2/6 each for home matches and Luncheon for
away matches.
The Secretary read a letter from Joe Donnachie intimating
his return to Oldham.
