		On motion by Mr. Horace Wright, it was resolved that
		meetings be held at 7:15 p.m.

		Weston's account for £2.19.9 for overtime was passed
		for payment.

		The Secretary read a letter from the Revd. B. W. Rowan,
		Chaplain to His Majesty's Forces at the front soliciting
		our aid in supplying football requisites for the Troops
		at the front.   It was resolved that a collection be
		taken up on Saturday next for this object and the
		Chairman having promised to make further enquiries
		the further consideration of Mr. Rowan's application was
		deferred till next meeting.

		Arthur Berry having written requesting a couple of
