[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park,
September 7th 1915]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Coffey and Green.
Minutes The Minutes of the last Meeting and of the Finance Meeting
were read and confirmed.
Exchange The Secretary reported that as the Exchange Telegraph Co.
Telegraph Co. would not accede to our request, Saturday's results had
been supplied on terms to be arranged and that he
with Mr. Morton and a Representative of Liverpool F.C.
were to have another interview with Mr. Gibb tomorrow.
Practice game A Statement herein showing the net receipts after
receipts deducting £3.9.11 expenses was submitted and
approved and it was resolved to allocate the net
receipts £129.0.3 as follows:-
Stanley Hospital £54.10.2
Hospital Saturday Fund 54.10.1
Bootle Borough Hospital 20. 0.0

Parker and A letter from Queens Park was read thanking us for
Houston our offer of Parker's services and stating that the
constitution of their Club precluded them from
availing themselves of such offer. The Secretary
reported that he had thereupon written to Glasgow
Rangers F.C. offering them Parker's services on terms
and that the Rangers were considering such offer
at their meeting this evening.
The Secretary reported that he had not received any
reply from Linfield F.C. re Houston.
