200 Public Practice The Secretary having reported that Liverpool F.C. proposed to matches hold a Public Practice match on August 21st, the resolution to have no public practice games was rescinded and it was resolved that a private practice game be held on August 24th and a public practice game on August 28th. Fixtures The arrangement to play Liverpool at Goodison Park on December 27th on half net gate terms was confirmed. The Secretary reported that the following players had promised to play for us so far as their employment would permit during the coming season:- Fern, Mitchell, Bromilow, Maconnachie, Thompson, Simpson, Stewart, Page Jno., Fleetwood, Wareing, Grenyer, Makepeace, Brown, Johnson. Chedgzoy, Kirsopp, Wright, Nuttall, Jefferis, Clennell, Howarth, Harrison, Roberts. Complimentary It was resolved that no complimentary tickets be Tickets issued. Fixture Cards The Secretary was instructed to prosecute his inquiries re fixture cards. Training The Secretary was instructed to intimate to Elliott that the Directors placed the matter of the training of the players unreservedly in his hands and that they would hold him responsible for the fit condition of the men.
