It was resolved that the Chairman and Secretary be
appointed a Sub-Committee to confer with the Liverpool
Club hereon with full powers to settle terms with these
		respective Contractors.

Liverpool	The Secretary read a letter from Mr. C. Waddington
Schools F.A.	submitting the following suggestion for the consideration
		of the Board:-
That a Schoolboys League be formed composed of, as
nearly as possible, teams representative of those towns
which will complete in our Senior League and that
permission be obtained from the Senior Clubs to play
		these matches on their enclosures.
With reference to this suggestion the Secretary
reported an interview with the writer of the letter
at which the writer suggested that he thought it
possible to form a Schools League if the Liverpool
representative could play on our ground every
alternate Saturday. That if we would pay the
expenses incurred by such team in their away matches
they would be well satisfied with 10% of the net profits
which the home matches would realise.
It was resolved that favorable consideration be given
to such proposal and that the Secretary be instructed
to ascertain what Liverpool F.C. proposed to do with
their ground on their blank Saturdays.
