The Secretary reported that he had attended the
match Cambuslang Rangers v Benburb last night
to see the three players, Morton, inside left, Brown
right half back, and Gibb, left full back of
		Cambuslang Rangers, previously seen and
favourably reported on by John Fare and John
Elliott, but he the Secretary was not favourably
impressed by the play of Morton but was satisfied
with the displays of Brown and Gibb - that he
had unsuccessfully endeavoured to see these players
and had left Fare and Elliott behind with
instructions to effect their engagement up to £2 in
the summer and £3 per week in the winter each
and that he had just now received a telegram
from Fare stating that nothing definite could be
done with these players until they had finished
		their season.
