and it was resolved that in future the attendances of
the Directors be included in the Report to the Shareholders.
The Chairman promised that the Board would in due
course consider the following suggestions from the
Shareholders:-
That Shareholders who were Season ticket holders be
privileged to occupy a portion of the Goodison Double
Decker.
Mr. Scrimiger proposed, Mr. Charles McKie seconded
and it was unanimously resolved that a hearty vote
of thanks be accorded to the Directors for their
services and it was further resolved that a letter be
sent to Mr. Ernest Green wishing him a safe return.
The Chairman having acknowledged the vote of
thanks declared the meeting at an end.
