Brown a Shareholder holding 3 shares in the Everton Club but he had been deceased for some years and intestate. That Mr. Nicholls of 30 Hunter Street Liverpool, with whom the deceased had been a permanent lodger, claimed to be the only creditor on his estate, that such estate consisted solely of the before mentioned 3 shares, that Mr. Nicholls desired a transfer of such shares to himself or to be registered as the Shareholder of same in the place of J. Brown deceased, and it was resolved that on Mr. Nicholls giving an indemnity to the Company, that the said shares be transferred to his name.
