to play again this season, had applied for permission
to return to his home in Ireland and permission
was accordingly granted.
Sunderland F. C. The Secretary read a letter from Sunderland F. C.
re compensation and his proposed reply thereto and
the letter was approved and ordered to be sent.
John Page The Secretary read St. Mirren's letter of the 14th inst.
and his reply that permission for John Page to play
for them in their Charity ties could not be granted.
